All classes and sessions are face to face in a virtual group setting (ZOOM) required and approved by the state of Colorado.
Our initial Intake Fee is $125.00 ($160.00 with workbook*) which includes:

Enhanced Outpaient (EOP)
Theses sessions are set up when clients, that are currently in DUI treatment, have been referred for additional services by their Probation Officer.
EOP is indicated when an assessment reveals that a client may benefit from more intensive drug and alcohol therapy than just the Level II Therapy sessions provide.
EOP is one hour per week on a different day than the required Therapy session and includes more indepth learning about relape and relapse prevention, anger management, relationship management, and more.

Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) is available and set up as needed
Payments are accepted and processed electonically using a credit or debit card. This is done through our electronic documentation system called ReliaTrax.
ReliaTrax offers credit card processing services through a collaboration with Stripe.
This gives clients a quick and easy entry function for charging credit cards using the secure and password protected ineractive Client Portal to pay their account. This is a fast, reliable and accurate reconcilliation of client account balances and postings.
We accept all major credit cards.
Refunds are done through the Stripe application on an as needed basis.

All refunds are processed through Stripe by Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center.
We do not currently accept Medicaid or any other private insurance.
If you need financial assistance and have been assigned a Probation Officer, speak directly to with them about receiving vouchers to assist with payments for Therapy. You may also speak with the Community Justice Services Office in the county where your case is being supervised.
