All classes and sessions are face to face in a virtual group setting (ZOOM) required and approved by the state of Colorado.
Our initial Intake Fee is $127.00 which includes:

Enhanced Outpatient Sessions (EOP)
These sessions are set up when clients, that are currently in DUI treatment, have been referred for additional services by their Probation Officer.
EOP is indicated when an assessment reveals that a client may benefit from more intensive drug and alcohol therapy than just the Level II Therapy sessions provide.
EOP is one hour per week on a different day than the required Therapy session and includes more indepth learning about relapse and relapse prevention, anger management, relationship management, and more.
Drug and Alcohol Evauations
We offer a structured, clinically informed substance use evaluation conducted by a qualified behavioral health professional to determine whether an individual is experiencing problems related to alcohol or drug use. The evaluation identifies the nature, severity, and impact of substance use on the person’s functioning, safety, and legal circumstances.

Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT)
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is a structured, cognitive‑behavioral program designed to help individuals examine and change the beliefs, attitudes, and decision‑making patterns that contribute to harmful or self‑defeating behavior.
MRT works by guiding participants through a series of step‑based workbook exercises that strengthen personal accountability, increase moral reasoning, and build a healthier, more pro‑social identity. It is widely used in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and criminal justice settings because it is evidence‑based and has been shown to reduce recidivism.
Sessions are available and set up as needed.
Cost varies depending on the size of the group.

Payments
Payments are accepted and processed electonically using a credit or debit card.
This is done through our electronic documentation system called ReliaTrax.
ReliaTrax offers credit card processing services through a collaboration with Stripe
This gives clients a quick and easy entry function for charging credit cards using the secure and password protected ineractive Client Portal to pay their account. This is a fast, reliable and accurate reconcilliation of client account balances and postings.
We accept all major credit cards
Refunds are done through the Stripe application on an as needed basis.
Some common reasons are:
- Overpayment
- Client payment without class attendance
All refunds are processed through Stripe by Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center
We can also accept payments using Zelle and Venmo

These activities are voluntary and not a required part of the court ordered DUI classes and therapy.
