Owner Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center
With over 40 years of healthcare experience and more than five years as a Certified Life and Recovery Coach, Kathryn knows what it takes to maintain a focus on health and wellness while operating a business efficiently. Having spent 30 years as an Executive in healthcare and 10 years prior to that as a
nurse at the bedside, she knows the importance of seeing a client holistically—body, mind and spirit. With a clear understanding of how patient care translates into every element of the work, Kathryn drives Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center toward our mission in an affordable, organized and efficient manner.
Kathryn is also Certified in Equine Assisted Learning and Coaching.

Nicholas, BS, CAS, CHPA, EAP-C
Executive and Clinical Director/Counselor
Nicholas has been an addiction counselor for over 15 years and specializing in continued substance use counseling and support for anyone with substance use disorders. He brings a special compassion and style to his work with each individual, using his unique set of counseling and life coaching skills. Having experienced his own journey through addiction
recovery and self-awareness, Nicholas is passionate about bringing this kind of profound personal discovery to anyone willing to take the journey.
Nicholas is also certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. He has been working at Broadway Counseling for over 10 years and has recently become the Executive and Clinical Director under the new ownership of the business now known as Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center.
Angela Pacheco, BA, Certified Life Coach, EAL-C
Executive Office Administrator
Angela has been coaching individuals in the mortgage and loan origination services for over 17 years. With a heart for service and a passion for helping people, Angela is able to use her exemplary communication skills along with her extraordinary ability to connect with people all over the United States, helping them successfully achieve their goals.
Angela brings these special skills and talents to Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center, supporting and coaching our clients through the enrollment process, session assignments, payment issues and anything else that might come up for them.
Angela also oversees our marketing, finances and billing processes.
Trudy, BS, CAS
Counselor
Trudy has been working with clients in the field of substance use disorders and addiction for 31 years. Backed by insights from her 27 years of work with University of Colorado’s Addiction and Research Treatment Services, Trudy has become an expert in this field. Her extensive experience working with gender-specific, offender, ex-offender, juvenile and Special Connections Programs’ challenges enables her to effectively develop a client-focused treatment program tailored to each individual’s needs. For the last four years, Trudy has been a DUI Counselor at Broadway Counseling and continuing to bring her counseling expertise to us at Broadway Counseling and Wellness Center.
Ilona, CAS
Counselor
Ilona has over 34 years of working with individuals in the field of substance use disorders. Over the past 14 years she has specialized in drug and alcohol issues particularly relating to DUIs. With her experience being mostly in the Therapeutic Community, Ilona has the special expertise it takes to guide our clients to a successful completion of court ordered and mandated education and therapy. Ilona joined our Broadway Counseling and Wellness Team in February , 2023.
Amber, BS, MSW, CAS
Counselor
Amber has worked in the mental health and addiction field for over 19 years. Over the years Amber has gained the knowledge and expertise in adult psychology, DBT, CBT, anger managment, relapse prevention and even worked with clients who had experienced Traumatic Brain Injuries. All of these various experiences have made her a real asset in working with the diverse adult populations within the criminal justice system and at Broadway Counseling and Wellness.
